Carly founded Baltimore Beauties in 2015 as mobile service, that provided  on-site hair and makeup for special events. Not only did she do weddings, she also did commercials, editorials and especially loved doing Halloween makeup! Carly has worked for some of Baltimore's finest spas as an esthetician, makeup artist and nail technician. In 2017, she took a microblading fundamentals course, taught by Brow Design International, and fell in love with the simple art of microblading. In 2019 she left the spa world to focus on building  Baltimore Beauties Permanent Makeup studio full time. By 2022, Carly has done over 2000 eyebrows, won "Best permanent Makeup artist" 4 years in a row, expanded into a larger studio and expanded her permanent makeup team! Shaney  joined Baltimore Beauties in November 2021as Carly's apprentice, and was certified by Baltimore Beauties Permanent makeup Academy. Rebeca joined us in June 2022! She received her certification for brows, lips and eyeliner from Inked Elegantly Training in April of 2021. She is certified in saline tattoo removal, powder brows and lip neutralization. She is an amazing addition to the team!
